How do I delete my credit card or PayPal account from the application?

  1. Go to the menu and click on “Manage Wallet” OR navigate to the cards section and click
    on the plus sign in the right corner and click on “Manage Wallet”.

  2. Choose the payment method you’d like to delete, and swipe left.

  3. The option to delete the payment method will appear in red. Click on this section and
    confirm that you want to delete the payment method by pressing “OK”.

How do I add money to Monyx Wallet or my Prepaid Card?

  1. Open the app and press on the Monyx Card or Prepaid Card row to go to the transactions
    screen.

  2. You’ll now see the selected card’s details on screen along with your balance and last
    actions. Click on the plus sign in the top right corner and click on add credit.

  3. You will now see a section offering different amounts to add to your balance. The “other”
    button allows you to add a custom amount of credit. Select the amount of credit you want
    to add.

  4. Below this section you must choose which payment method you want to use to add the
    credit.

  5. Finish the process by pressing “approve”.

How does a punch card work?

  1. A punch card is a promotion offering Buy “X”, Get 1 Free (the “X” depends on the specific campaign the operator is offering). You do not need to register to activate a punch card. Once you have purchased the necessary number of products, you will automatically receive a free product on your next purchase.

Where can I see any transactions I made with Monyx Wallet?

  1. There are two ways to view your transaction history. You can click on the menu in the top left corner, and then click on transactions. Alternatively, you can view the transactions of a specific payment method by clicking on this method. Details about this payment method will then appear on the screen.

I was charged but I didn’t receive the product from the machine. What should I do?

  1. Machine operators are responsible for machine functionality and refunds. If you have not received your product, you should contact the operator directly, through contact details commonly available on the machine. There is an option to provide feedback via Monyx Wallet by pressing on the menu button and choosing “Help Center” and then “Contact Us”. On this screen, you can fill in your specific complaint. You can also write a message explaining what happened.

I received a refund from the operator to the Monyx Wallet app. Can I withdraw these funds from the application?

  1. No, refunds given by the operators are not actual funds deposited to your account but rather a prepaid voucher you can only redeem at the specific operator’s machines. If you wish to receive a different type of refund you should contact the operator directly.

How do I pay with Monyx Wallet at a machine?

To pay with Monyx Wallet, you need to:

1. Select the machine.
   a. On the home screen, choose the machine by entering the ID, which can be located on the card reader or

      printed on a sticker on the machine.
   b. You can also find the machine ID by scanning a QR code, which will appear on a sticker on the machine.

      Click on the scan icon towards the top of the right corner of the home screen to initiate the QR camera.
2. Choose the Payment method you wish to use.
3. Press the “Pay” button.
   a. Follow the instructions on the app screen along with the voice instructions or LCD text prompts displayed

      on the card reader.
   b. You can now choose your product.

What is the difference between Monyx Wallet Card and Nayax Prepaid Card?

  1. A Monyx Wallet Card can be used at any machine with the Nayax cashless payment system. A prepaid card is tied to a specific operator and their machines and cannot be used on any other operators’ machines. The balance on a Monyx Wallet Card is managed by Monyx Wallet whereas the balance on a prepaid card is managed by the machines’ operator. Any prepaid card refunds are the machine operator’s responsibility.
